Offdada is based in The Germany, Hamburg. We have many warehouses around the world, and maybe near your house!

Most of our items are unisex. You can find a size chart in the product photos for each itemas as well as a reference Model. If you are not sure about your size, we are happy to help you, just write to us at hello@offdada.com

In the last steps of your order you can choose between credit card (Visa and Mastercard...), PayPal and Instant bank transfer.

We make our stuff with great passion and a lot of time, we work like a family with a lot of love on your order. Please keep this in mind before you order. If you are unsure about the size or an item, check the size charts or write to us at hello@offdada.com

If something does not fit you, you can of course send it back! In this case please write us an email with your order number and the reason. Once we receive your package, you will get your money back within 14 business days in the same way you sent it to us. If you want a different product or size, just order again. Because we are still so small, we are unable to provide return shipping labels. You will have to pay for the return shipping and any costs incurred.

Please make sure to send us the product within 14 days after you received it. All original packaging, price labels etc. shall be returned with the product without having been tampered with.
